Clive has spent his whole life exploring the sacred way of Yoga, both the art & science of asana & pranayama, as well as the transformative process of self-inquiry, as a means to opening the heart and clearing the mind.
In the pranayama sessions he shares clear guidelines in the subtle science of the breath, introducing important classical rhythms that vitalise the body & steady the mind. Clive maintains that the key to our ongoing vitality is in the breath as we “harness” prana, the universal life force.
During the invigorating asana sessions, he also keeps an emphasis on the breath as he shares a variety of classical postures, some experience of physical yoga (asana) recommended.
During the Satsang talk, Clive shares insights into the powerful and challenging process of self-inquiry that – together with Yoga sadhana – may gradually liberate us from the ‘addiction’ of being regularly lost in the mind, in the internal dialogue. As we access ever more profound levels of stillness free from inner chatter, we will begin to sense the precious gifts that Yoga can bring into our life.
Clive explains that:-
“Yoga is a sacred journey that ultimately reveals our inner beauty and unconditional love, which are innate qualities of our true nature. Devotion to the divine presence within us, manifesting as Shakti the universal feminine principle, is our mystic link with Mother Nature”.
